Optimum Fitness team (Kristen and Donovan) have helped me to achieve my fitness goals and have challenged me in ways that have helped me to grow physically and mentally in regard to weight lifting. Their program is a well rounded program that deals with exercise, nutrition and post-exercise care. They kept me accountable which helped me to achieve my goals in a timely manner. Camarsh has been my personal tennis coach since early 2011 when I relocated to Kingston. He has been by far my preferred coach and "sometimes" fitness trainer and advisor on diet, exercise and injuries. Each session is fun but he pushes me whether through all court hitting or drills using a basket of balls. Has really advised well re techniques for improving strokes and I see and feel the difference. A motivating, respectful, reliable and honest gentleman who is considerate concerning the limitations of his client. I also note he has brought several children to a remarkable level of fitness and tennis. Each hour is invigorating and fun!

My journey with Kristen started 16 months ago after l have been through two personal trainers I have to say it's been very impressive, l can’t thank you enough.
I'm 47 and I've made more progress in these 16 months than I ever have in 2 years of pottering around in the gym not achieving very much. Her programme helped me to stay focused and push harder than I have before.
